With experience working in diverse and demanding environments both in the UK and abroad, I have aided numerous entrepreneurs in accomplishing their objectives. My current focus is on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) spanning various industries, including pharmaceuticals, online retail, manufacturing, distribution, and the media. Although I have also collaborated with larger multinational corporations in the past.

With my expertise in Management Buy Ins and Buy Outs, I am proficient in constructing businesses for future sale by enhancing their value through mentoring and education. One of my key specializations is in conducting due diligence, delving beneath the surface to uncover the reality of a business. This includes assessing risk from both a historical and current viewpoint, identifying any potential dangers, and implementing measures to reduce risks moving forward.

While I am an accountant by profession, I am also an engineer, allowing me to look beyond the numbers presented in financial statements. I strive to understand what drives a business and what challenges it may face, continually identifying and managing risk. In some cases, it may even be necessary to go back decades and investigate a business’s audit trail to identify any areas of risk. My extensive experience working on industrial sites and within various business settings has given me a comprehensive understanding of best and worst practices.
